Dear ANMP Investor we are providing you the following information in order to keep you advised as to the activities occurring in the lawsuits and settlements involved in the ANMP Fraud Case in the US District Court.

It has come to our attention that LARRY DUNNING, BOB REHM, AND ALL OF THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED WITH THE ANMP SCHEME have reached a Plea Bargain with the US District Attorneys Office.  We have posted a copy of the information on our website (www.anmpinvestors.com/documents.html) in an effort to keep you informed.  The Plea Bargain Hearing will be held September 29, 2010 at 1:30 PM.

Basically it says that Larry Dunning will plead guilty to one count of Mail Fraud and will receive a sentence of 24 months or probation/supervised release.  He also would have to make restitution in the amount of $2,889,492.77, which we will probably never receive as he will claim he is broke.  Dunning is also claiming that he is in poor health.

Please read the information we have provided to you and if you feel there is no justice, we suggest that you write a letter in your own words and handwriting to the presiding Judge:

Honorable Mary H. Murguia
United States District Court
District of Arizona
401 West Washington St
Suite #523 SPC 53
Phoenix, Arizona  85003

We recommend that you tell your personal story outlining what has happened to you since investing in ANMP.  Use examples of the hardships you have gone through since we have been in this financial mess and where you are now financially.  Hopefully this will help to get an improvement in the justice that is handed out to the perpetrators of the scheme.  Send your letters ASAP to the Judge.

We would recommend that you address the following issues in your letter:

  1. The issue of Larry Dunning  getting such a light sentence after committing fraud in the amount of $26 plus million with at least 100 different investments.
  1. The issue of his age compared to yours.
  1. The issue of his health.  We might want to ask to see a doctor’s report outlining the status of his health.
  1. It sounds like he is going to get probation or supervised release.  Does this seem like justice to you?
  1. Please express your thoughts as to how he should be sentenced.
  1. Instead of facing his victims here in Phoenix, why should he be allowed to report in Florida?
  1. Why he is not being required to place in escrow the $2,889,492.77, before he is allowed to enter into this plea bargain?
  1. Why isn’t his previous felony conviction being taken into consideration?

This will be the last time you have any chance to express your opinion on how the participants in the Ponzi scheme are to be treated or allowed to get off with minimal sentences.

Bob Rehm has entered into an agreement that will give him a maximum of three years in prison or Supervised Release for a period on one year.  There is also a maximum fine that could be imposed of $250,000.00.

We are providing this information to you so you will be aware of the travesty of justice that is occurring in this case.  It is up to you to decide what you would like to see happen to the people that stole your hard earned money.

Write the Judge if you want to see justice, it is up to you.  Plan to attend the meeting if possible.  If you decide to send a letter to the judge please send us a copy at the above address 4538 East Jude Lane Gilbert, Arizona 85298, so we will be able to represent you at the hearing.  Please write them soon as time is short.

The total plea bargain is available on our website for your review.

Your ANMP Investors Committee,

Lyman Davis, Jerry Zwack, Luther Abrahamson, Ralph Vesio, John Mickelson

Hello everyone, sorry for the delay in posting information about our investments.

It is very hard to provide accurate information to you as it changes daily.

We are still working daily on all of the recovery efforts from our investments and have made a lot of progress in some areas and not others. We are closer to getting settlements and should have something positive to report to you soon, although I have no idea when soon will be. Please be patient as you know the Bankruptcy legal process has a life of its own and is out of our control.

We have only one objective in this matter that is, “to recover as many of your investments as possible, as soon as possible”.

ANMP Committee Chairman,

Lyman Davis

Hello Everyone, The Holiday season always slows activities down. We hope that your Holidays were good and that we will have better news for all of the investors this year.

While the issues with Castle are being determined by the Court, no payments have been received by ANMP. Future payments will require that the issues with Castle be resolved.  Your committee, Jim Sell and counsel have been actively pursing a resolution which will protect your interests and result in future payments. During the Holidays there have been many meetings with Taylor Coleman's attorneys in an effort to negotiate an acceptable solution for all. A lot of progress has been made, but there are still issues that remain. The next Mediation meeting is scheduled for January 23, 2008 we will keep you informed as to the progress of the meetings.

Your committee members, either individually, or as a group, have been in constant contact with counsel for Jim Sell and the estate.  Our input is heard on every major issue to assure investor protection and authorization has been given for the actions taken by counsel.  As a result of the numerous litigations, and complicated issues, in this case, fees have been substantial.  Although Jim Sell is ultimately responsible for determining the reasonableness of counsels' fees under the terms of the plan, we are also monitoring the fees and have been given the opportunity for input.

A receiver has been appointed to handle the Guccione Litigation and he is Actively pursuing the case on a contingency basis, this will help control recovery costs for us? We are still waiting for a Ruling from Judge Swan on The Litigation of the Banks and Charlie Barry. Hopefully, we will hear a positive response from him soon. Until then there is nothing we can do, but wait.

ANMP Committee Chairman,

Lyman Davis

Hello everyone the second mediation meeting was held on December 19, 2007. We spent from 9:30am till 7:30pm in negotiations with Judge Case, Taylor Coleman and his representative's, Mark Franks , the Castle Debtors and the Unsecured Creditor's discussing various options that will get us paid. There are many areas that have tentatively been agreed to, but there are still many issues that need to be resolved. We are not quite there, but substantial progress has been made.

A third meeting has been scheduled for January 21, 2008 to resolve the final issues.

In the meantime, we are continuing to seek a resolution before that meeting.  I will try to keep you updated as to the progress of the negotiations when I can.

ANMP Committee Chairman,

Lyman Davis

Hello everyone, sorry for the delay in updating the website. The problem is things are changing so fast it is hard to post accurate information as it changes daily.

I want to let you know that we have had meetings with Coleman's representatives in an effort to resolve the issues that still exist. There is a second Mediation meeting scheduled for December 19, 2007. Hopefully; this should help resolve the many issues that remain.

We are still working on the Banks, Guccione and The attorney lawsuit, Judge Swan still has not made a ruling that will allow us to go forward until he makes a ruling we are on hold.

ANMP Committee Chairman,

Lyman Davis

Hi Everyone,

Our website is up and running. We hope this site will be easier to use and provide you with more current and meaningful information.

Here is latest activity that is happening::

On October 22, 2007 we will be going to Mediation with Taylor Coleman and all of the parties involved in the Castle Plan. This is being done, in an effort to resolve the remaining issues and try to workout a reasonable settlement that is acceptable to everyone. This will take place in the Federal Bankruptcy Court with the Mediation Judge Charles Case presiding.

We will keep you advised of the outcome.

Lyman Davis
